Exploring Limestone Canyon: Fabulous Flowers

Interpretive

Join an introductory walk through the beautiful Limestone Canyon Nature Preserve. This month on the guided walk, we will explore the native flowers of the canyons along the Shoestring single track trail. Chat with your naturalist as you enjoy this out-and-back trail as it meanders along the edge of a canyon wall, taking in the sights, sounds and smells of the native plants. Explore that spring time flowers are still growing strong and which summer plants are starting to pop up.

After our trek, you are welcome to enjoy the trails during Wilderness Access Day: Limestone Canyon.

Review the 1-through-5 Difficulty Ratings will help you evaluate your readiness to participate in this level-2 activity on the land.
